Default megan drift spec problems. help?

ok so hears the deal, I have a super white tc with full megan drift spec setup (header v2, s-spipe, mid-pipe and drift spec axle back). after having this setup for over 9 months my bumper is starting to turn yellow around the exhaust. it gets heavily covered with carbon build up but washes off. I didn't think anything of it untill I washed my car and realized that my bumper is starting turn yellow.

So I"m looking at going boosted soon and realized that willl just make the problem worse. so my question is for recomendations of new axle backs that will not burn the bumper. must be at least 2.5" and direct bolt on. no cuting or welded.

thanks for the help.

and if this a re-post I'm sorry but searched and found nothing.

You need to adjust the exhaust lower, if possible, or go to a exhaust shop and have them adjust the pipes so that the tip dousnt rub the bumper. I have the same exhaust and expierenced the same issue but had a exhaust shop adjust it, now its fine :D .

the problem I have with that is all the exhaust shops around me us galvanized steel and mig weld crap together. I want my exhaust to look nice.

It's not rubbing against the bumper it's just spittin crap out all over it and the heat is making it change color on me.

I need an exhaust that sticks out from the bumper a little bit and I can't find one that is 2.5".

I agree. I thought about trying one from the evo's cause there real close but it would have to be flexable. and that would still burn and get covered with carbon build up.

its spits out burnt exhaust gas, its normal but even worse because I have no cat to control what actually comes out.

Yeah I'm installing my Megan cat back tomorrow. I have the TRD so all my soot gets shot away from the bumper. My brother has had his awhile and he bent the hangers and cliams he doesnt have that problem.
