How hard is the install? Is it something that just bolts on?

Has the first post been answered? Also when did this turn into a general exhaust thread? Megan racing can be contacted direct once you do that they can solve your issues or put you intouch with someone who can/sells megan racing parts. Any more questions?

I had the same problem - my megan s-pipe wouldn't fit into my megan midpipe. Fortunately, before I decided to break out the power tools, I decided to call Megan. Apparently, the hardware included with the s-pipe is supposed to include a spacer flange that goes in between the s-pipe and midpipe. I guess it covers up that little extension of piping. The Megan guy said if you are using the megan midpipe, you have to use this spacer flange because it is smaller (in diameter) than the s-pipe. He told me to contact the place that I bought it from to get the flange. Apparently, Megan recently started including the flange and I got an older s-pipe. In the meantime, I'm running the stock s-pipe, which fits perfectly into the midpipe. It sounds great by the way - I have the full OE-RS exhaust.

The CC s-pipe has been known to have slight leaks. I would take it by an exhaust shop and see if they can come up with a solution.

It has a small leak in the front section the big leak I just found is where the 2 pipes meet the gasket needs to be replaced.

Well anytime a gasket goes bad you will have a leak no matter what. Look for a good muffler shop and ask what kind of gasket they would use to remedy the problem. Maybe they will have a HD one.

I just ordered a donut gasket from Toyota, the s pipe has a small pin hole size leak in the front in the weld. When I have my wide band senors welded in the s pipe I will get that fixed also. Hope fully the gasket from Toyota will hold up, I'm surprised that Toyota never put and flex section in the exhaust.

Thats why the header is mounted to the block. There is a lot of movement in the toyota drivetrain and this causes weak welds to crack.
