Default megan oe-rs

i dont know if anyone is familiar with the tip of the oe-rs but the actual tip that has the megan logo on it and is kinda burnt is not a separate piece from the actual exhaust and i think it was originally riveted on but im not sure because i bought mine used.

what im trying to get to is that my tip rattles and it drives me crazy and i tried to re-rivet it but it still rattles...is there any other method anyone can think of to make it stop rattling?

i will probably just take it off if i cant get it to stop.

if it's a metal piece, it needs to be (tig) welded on....
