I also have major fitment problems. Mine makes contact with the following:

1- Front Engine Cradle
2- Flange on Oil Pan
3- The passenger side axle. No joke. The friggen axle.

I am in the process of getting it replaced since my axle is rubbing a hole in the s-pipe and my s-pipe is rubbing a groove in my axle.

i have that last issue aswell.... i ended up bending the header so as to move the spipe away from the axles.... however. there is already a groove in the s-pipe where it was rubbing.........

they are great guys and will work to fix your problem... the hassel is in having to return it, especially more than once..... that is why after getting it back the first time... i drilled the hole out on the flange and bent the header alittle to fix the issues.. if i had sent it back the second time i would have asked for my money back.. id hope that they would fix their jig... after i had the problems with the second header and wrote to them about it.. even though i kept it and fix it myself..... i saw postings from others that had just gotten their headers and they had some of the same issues i had.... im not saying they have not fixed their issues... im just giving an FYI..... i do tend to agree with other that say that for the price they charge.. you would expect the header to fit 100% the first time...

the dc is said to be 4-2-1 ....but look at it. It clearly goes from 4-1. Yea - the fitment thing kinda bothers me because there are a few people that had that issue but currently MMW's outperforms.
