Well i just checked up the civic times edmunds gave it 15.3? well many reviewers get 15.5- 15.7 Im pretty sure a S/C could a 15.2 atleast.

 

news flash guys.. we get about roughly the same times in the 1/4 as the SI's.. 15.3-15.5 with a good driver...

 

my brother ran a 15.47 best time at moroso, i dont think he could do betten then a 15.2

 

The SI is a great car for what it is, a 2.0l n/a motor, but it shouldn't stand a chance against a s/c tc. Back in my tc days I ran a few Si's, new model and old coupe models(99 and 00 models), and the only run that I could say that the new models put up a good fight is from a 60mph roll. The Si had a CAI and exhaust and from a 60mph in 3rd gear they pull very good, so you better bring your A game. All others in slower rolls and at the track haven't really surprised me. Just my .02 cents. BTW, my tc was a stock supercharged with some suspension mods and towards the end I had a catback.

 

OK good to know, i mean the numbers on a S/C tc is much better.

 

so, transmission (6speed vs. 5), gearing, power:weight ratio, powerband width, differential (LSD vs. open) have nothing to do with anything??? hmm, did not know that. so i guess whatever your manufacturers stated tq/power levels are determines who will win the race, right? :D

 

i guess not cuz every SI ive raced on the road and track ive won... even when i wasnt super modded... so please STMFU already GTFO and SKMYNTSDKHD.... please take your post elsewhere..
