Default Money to spend on performance

Well I just sold some stuff on ebay and have some money to spend!
Anyways I wanna know whats a good setup for me as I have the TRD exhaust and K&N intake, and want to keep these for the time being.
I've been looking at headers and have come to the conclusion that the megan 4-1 header will be the least raspy for my exhaust.

I've also been looking at ZPI's mid-pipe for the tC instead of headers. Does anyone know the gains with this mid-pipe? I plan on getting an s-pipe either way but I don't want alot of rasp! So whats the best way to go?
1)Header + s-pipe
2)mid-pipe + s-pipe

Other opinions are greatly welcome if you have a better idea than these setups! Thanks

no rasp = no aftermarket header.
