Yeah, they come in a double pack (18mm). Drill one out to 1/2 inch i believe and then thread the other into that one and then the O2 into that one. The tapped out one goes into the s pipe first.

The added exhaust/carbon coming from the header will cause an eronious reading in the second O2 sensor. The first sensor is supposed to read more than the second b/c it's before the PreCAT. If they are the same reading, then the computer realizes something is missing and will shoot off the code. All you're doing is tricking the computer into thinking nothing has been replaced.

You can off ebay or maybe check some forums on here and Clubsciontc.com............You'll pay more for it though. 6$ for the parts and drill bit vs. maybe 20$ plus shipping.

The header will come with a CEL eliminator fix. It brings the O2 sensor away from the exhaust gases so that it can read within the correct parameters. It is adjustable as well.
screwing it in farther gets it closer to the exhaust gases. In some cases some MMW header owners have gotten a CEL but once they back out the CEL and do a ecu reset it will go away.

You can try that but I've heard that it doesn't always work. either the antifoulers or this thing should do it though. If one doesn't try the other.
