Motor swap question

Default Motor swap question

Has anyone swapped in a small block cheby motor? I have a cherry 305 that i would like to put in my tc along with a ford 9''.

Anyways, im looking for a DIY article or parts list.

put on your coon skin cap partner, your going to be a pioneer!

the only thing close to that would be the formula d drift tc that was converted to RWD, but they used the same engine for that. but apparently making the car rwd isn't that hard since there is room under the car for a drive shaft to the rear.

I seem to remember an xB with a v8 in it......guy had like $40000 into it to get it all to work and drive,but looked great.

You know there is a reason people on the chevy side of the car world refer to those as boat anchors. I had one sitting in my garage for 2 yrs and nobody would take it, I ended up just scrapping it.

hush your mouth. the 305 is one of the finest motors cheby produced. overhead cams FTL
