Default My 06 Scion Release series 2.0 (clutch problems?)

I just bought this wonderful Tc. But ive noticed that when i shift from say 2nd to 3rd i will get like a chatter feeling through the shifter as it goes into third. I dont hear anything on the outside of the car or any grinding noises. so im wondering what this could be? it happens in 3rd 4th and 5th, but only sometimes. the clutch is fully pressed to the ground, so im wondering what is going wrong, or if i am supposed to be feeling something through the shift ****? its not a bad feeling, but seems like it vibrates enough for me to feel it in my hand.

It's normal. Tc's have a harsh engagement. Mine has done it since day one. And every Tc I have driven at work does the same thing. It is kind of irritating but hey what can you do. Some people have tried switching fluids. I have not yet tried this so I can't say for a fact I know it works.

dude.. It's a brand new car.. Every brand new car is like that. Once the gears have been smoothened out, the problem will be gone.. Smoothened i mean broken in. You might smell your clutch also.. I did.. It smelled bad.

That only happens to me when the engine/tranny is cold... usually starting off in 1st there is a slight shake. Once it warms up though it's just fine.
