Default Need some Advice!!!!

hey people heres the scoope am planning to get a turbo primarily dezod because of the moderate power delivered. this summer i plan to get my tranny worked on. im planning on putting a street act clutch, a new light weight flywheel and a phantom grip. i saw the new numbers on the supercharger and thats pretty good power thats it produces . i just want about 250 whp enough to compete and hopefully beat an srt 4. i plan an boosting less then 10 psi only when i race and like 5psi when on the streets. should i go with the supercharger or the turbo. i dont care i just wannt my car to last me as much as possible. thank u

it depends on you...with the s/c you'd have to add headers, etc. to get a lil more power
but with the turbo, the power is already there.....as far as long-lasting, if you maintain your vehicle and the parts you install, both should last..if you race alot, run high boost you take the chance on shorting the life of the turbo
(seen many go bad first hand)

again, don't let others tell you wut you HAVE to do, buy what you think you'd be happy with

i had planned on turbo, was working with local shop to get the kit done by Dec.
now with the s/c and its good numbers, i plan on running that with plenty of other work done to add more power.
