New Clutch questions
Hey, noob here and I need some help.
I have an 05 tC 5spd. stock.
Has anyone ever used or heard of the following brands?
If so what is your experience with them?
Also are any of them a good clutch to get because with my clutch I have to push to the floor to shift.
I was looking around earlier and see that the clutch pedals are real low, but I think mine is way low, I can lift the pedal about .25" before it engages.
here is the link for the clutches I found.

Okay, I've heard a lot of people using the F1 clutch kit in other cars and had mixed reviews. I heard that the springs in the clutch disk has a tendency to pop off. But I've also heard guys race with them. As far as the Exedy, that's what I trust the most. I know for a fact the exedy/Daiken is what Honda and Toyota used in the 80's and 90's. I'm not sure if that is still true today. Exedy is definitely the way to go. The one that you selected is not a racing version but I would compare it to some Stage 1 and possibly even 2 of generic brands. Exedy is manufactured in Japan so you know it's of high quality. I don't know where the other stuff is made. Just remember it's not cheap to have your clutch replaced so don't skimp on the clutch itself.
