No response from gas pedal. 06 tC

No response from gas pedal. 06 tC
So this all started because I cleaned my battery terminals on my 06 tC. The car has a K&N cold air intake and anytime we disconnect the battery for a length of time it resets the MAF sensor (if I remember the post from years ago).
I had to recalibrate it so it wouldn't stall out when it idled. I think I got it done, however now there is no response from the engine when I press the gas pedal... The car will idle now though...
