theres another Scion Lifer that is going to have the same set-up as me when hes done also. Im waiting on my MMW header right now, hoping it will come in by this weekend early next week the latest...they told me three weeks, and three weeks is the 21st.

OCT will be the big pay off

^^ yup, but its like $400+ last time i saw it online

Im thinking of taking mines (stock TB) to the exhaust shop and get it expanted a little, like how they do it on the exhaust pipes. But would this TB metal expand wider or tear instead, lol ???

You can't expand an aluminum throttle body. 1. it will break, and 2. even if it did expand, you would have a gap all around the throttle plate causing high idle and check engine lights since you will be leaking air. You need to take it to a machine shop, have it bored, and have them install a new throttle plate.

I think that when he said expand he meant port and polish.

Sorry if I misunderstood, but it sounds to me like he meant stretch, not port.

I just found out about a 2 weeks ago, that u can actually port the plastic IM we have. It has been done in many other cars with Intake Manifolds.
