I have been looking into getting a performance chip for my tC ever since i saw how much power my friends stratus R/T put out with his. Right now my only mods are an AEM Cold Air Intake and a Skunk2 Cat-back Exhaust. I was wondering if anyone had any info about the Surge Engineering Stage 3 02 chip combo? any sort of reply would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

seen the chip around...but, who do we know that wasted thier money?

 

The ECU will pretty much make sure that you waste your money. It will correct it to the point of nullifying the chip.

man, one guy at my school has an auto 05 tc, and he said he put a superchip on it and dyno'ed 215 whp. i was like struggling so hard not to laugh at him, he wasn't even supercharged. was such a struggle not to laugh at him.

 

i would have called him out for a drag race. I would have a hard time not to laugh at him too.

 

The only electronic tuning we can do will need to come from an e-manage, or equivalent.

However you wont get much power with basic mods.

And don't call it an "AFC", because you'll get SL members with sticks up their **** who will rush in to try to wag their e-*********.
