Hey everyone, i just got my MMW header and s-pipe and within a few weeks im buying an exhaust. I originally was going to get the Precision Muffler axel and a custom mid-pipe because everyone said that had little rasp and a nice deep sound. now other people are saying the ark exhaust does the same and sounds better. i just wanted to know if anyone had a sound or vid clip of the PM with MMW and Ark with MMW so i can compare them. Also, if i put the header on when i get it with a stock exhasut set-up how will it sound?

 

if u put on the header with stock exhaust...raspy as hell!! Either way u go, you must add a resonator inbetween the cats to eliminate the rasp. Now, i don't know about hp gains with the PM, but the ARK is a 12whp gain with the exhaust system alone. I have it (no headers sorry) and it sounds great and looks even better!

 

i thought you were not suppposed to get rasp from the ARK system?

 

^^you're not supposed to get rasp with the ARK...none at all.
Now, if you add an aftermarket header...i'm not sure because i haven't seen or heard it yet
