Got some pics for you guys! This sucks lol. I called CC and they told me to send everything back to them and they are going to look at it and may cover under warranty.
I did get another trans today and order a clutch from Ptuning so hopefully the car will be up and running by the end of next week.

They said they really like this clutch and have no complaints about it. So im gonna give it a try since they know what they are talking about. hopefully ill have the car back together by the end on the week.

Yeah well the clutch pedal is acually spring loaded and once it goes down so far it will lock down to the floor which is why you need to pick it up off the floor

Well I got the car back and running with the exedy stage 2 clutch! The pedal feels so much better! With the cc stage 4 traffic with a b!tc$ because the pedal was so hard! The exedy pedal feels like it almost engages like a stock clutch would. Now I just have to get my 500 miles on it so I can really see what its made of.
Thanks Ptuning!!
