I vote for the red one, it would make a prettier paper weight since they're both useless.

i have the poweraid one. it got me about 80 miles more on my 1st tank of gas. that alone makes it worth the 100 dollars or whatever it cost.

FYI these do nothing when it comes to fuel injected cars, originally on Carb, cars they did help power, however in injected cars this simply adds length to the intake system. Length is not a good thing when it comes to intakes.

Basically, its over priced crap. And no it didn't get anyone 80 miles more

I read the review on the product, but its still hard to tell if the tb spacer are giving a gain, because you also had pulleys installed at the same time.

*LOL* Actually spending your money on poweraid the drink would be a far better thing to do. TB spacers do NOTHING.

The pulley is what gave the gain, not the spacer

pretty much yes the pulley was the main thing that gave more power but even with the stock air box i could hear the hissing noise that majority of the intakes make and i like it. i actually am back to stock just 3 pulleys and spacer and i like how the car runs right now, at high RPMs it does that hissing noise nice and clear and i like it. i did install it on my friends S/C tC and it has been running fine without a problem ever since but i've only driven it very few times after the install so really i don't know if it improved because it's not my car that drive everyday. racing wise scion through an event out here in socal in march and i basically owned all the other N/A's and kept up about 3/4 to a full car behind the S/C's that where there and i ran with just intake, headers, exhaust, crank pulley and throttle body spacer and i ran 9.9xx. over all i'd get it for the price they have it right now at $139.99 shipped with the crank and spacer, almost the same price as the agency power and not it's like a big difference besides brand name which is about it.

Hissing noise does not equal performance increase. A hissing noise could actually be air escaping through a gasket at the TB were the spacer mates.

But as long as your happy with extending your intake route which makes you loose power, then so be it.

i acutally doubt i am loosing power beacause i know i don't have a leak because i got my car checked today at the state ref and everything was fine as in no leaks or problems it's just the velocity of the air flow. anyways to finish this off to the OP some have the HOB, the Poweraid, and the OBX, and everyone really doesn't say much because to them it's like whatever just another part added as they say. i'm not bragging because i got mine for free but you asked for an opinion and i gave you mine.

I had a TB spacer on my old 96 S-10 4.3L (Helix Power Tower) and all it did was sound cool but did not produce any horsepower whatsoever.

I'm still trying to understand the engineering concept behind tb spacer... like by extending it how would that result in gains...
