Default probably a stupid question

so I installed my megan header the other day.. I didn't have the anti-foulers yet so I just left the sensor alone.. after driving it like 20 miles the CEL went off. So the next day I went and bought some anti-foulers. So my question is I know it says to use 2 anti-foulers, but I used 3... two of the 42009's (smaller) and one of the 42002's (larger).. i've drivin quite a few miles with no CEL but my car seems to be idling funny, sometimes almost stalling in neutral. Is this caused from the sensor being too far out of the way of the air flow?

possibly installed mod in wrong spot. Do not install antifoulers on the header sensor. Its the s-pipe sensor underneath your car.

I installed it on the s-pipe, not on the actual header itself

did u make sure to plug the sensor in? Sorry to ask dumb question but I have to. If you didn't touch the sensor and just left it alone you should have been able to go at least 150-500 miles without a cel.

before I installed the anti-fouler i didn't touch it.. when i installed the anti-fouler i made sure to use plenty of wd-40 and it came out no problem.. i made sure when i re-installed it it was nice and tight.. its installed fine, but i'm thinking its too far out of the airflow, so maybe its reading the airflow incorrectly??

if the cel came on after the antifoulers then yes too far away. I used my laptop and datalogged and couldn't get it to work for me. Try taking one of the antifoulers out. Did u drill it? good luck
