I wasn't making any decisions for him, I was simply stating that he should likely start making better ones if he wants to have money for his car or a license to drive it.

I agree, there are some ____ty cops out there, but there are a lot of ____ty priests too. There are ____ty people in general ... but you can't get ____ed because you got caught doing something that you werent supposed to be doing. The cop was doing his job, whether you like it or not you were in the wrong.

I agree with several of the others, it really comes down to his word against yours as far as the "loudness" is concerned and unless he has an actual measurement you have the chance of avoiding that altogether. The no insurance and suspended license though? Come on ... get out your out of your .... nevermind.

10:30pm is the key! they have nothing to do at night. i got pulled over for having yellow headlight bulbs. had them in the whole day, drove past 6 cops from the same town, and i was driving home at night and i got stopped. 4 cars came. why? cause they're bored.
