Default pulley? cut groves in Tensor?

okay so my power steering pulley some how broke a belt and the pulley cut groves into the stud that holds the tension pulley on now i am trying to fix the problem and every time i put the belt on its to big but it is the same size and the one that is made for the car so what do you think is going on with this someone please help me i only have 2 weeks till the car show!!!

Is this an aftermarket pulley? Why do you assume the power steering pump caused this? Just asking. Also inspect all pulleys rotate and inspect them all the way around for and defects, cuts, anything else if they are fine then make sure you are routing the belt correct and its seated in the groove correctly.
