question about short shifter

Default question about short shifter

well i have a problem with my B&M short shifter and now im wondering if it would be a good idea to leave on the bushings that i got from that shifter and leave it on the base cause i want to install a twm stage 2 on it and im thinking it wond do any damage ... or at least i hope so anyone have an idea if it would be a good idea

What problem are you having with the B&M? Mine is perfect.

you can leave the bushings on, changing the shifter isnt going to effect anything. The cage bushings (im assuming is what youre referring to) take out some of the slop by adding rigidity to the base, as opposed to the old rubber bushings. Youll be fine when you add the new shifter

There will not be any problems if you install our Stage 2 Short shifter onto the B&M bushings
