Well thanks for the reply but according to the Toyota dealership, driving through the water is customer damage and sensors are not covered under the powertrain warranty.

well first off these sensors are covered because i have had my fornt 02 covered 3 times and my maf covered 2 times...


take it to another dealership and tell them on a rainy day ur car shut off and now u have check engine codes....if they still hassle u go straight for corparate and your problem will be taken care of faster than any car at the dealer

I just talked to Scion directly and told them which sensors are bad. They said it is not covered under the powertrain warranty only under the 36000 mile warranty. I don't know how you got yours fixed unless you were still under 36000 miles but from talking to a scion rep they said it is not covered at all.

and btw i call bs on you calling scion because the o2 sensor is part of the emissions warranty which i believe is to be 8year or 80k

those guys are tools.....go call scion corp and talk to them by phone with someone high up not some rep.... read your owners manaul itll tell u all bout warranty
