nope, its a straight swap, no anti-fouler needed, and no CEL. i just did mine 2 weeks ago. same downpipe from the same seller.

you should receive 3, (2 thinner ones, 1 thick one), all 3 go on the midpipe side. so it should be:
s-pipe- thin gasket-thick gasket-thin gasket-midpipe.
oh, and i also had issues getting that thick gasket onto the end of the spipe past the flange. haha...my pain is your gain!

^ you've got my setup
It's smart to spray some penetrating oil on the bolts about 10 minutes before you want to take them off. Unclip the O2 sensor at the harness (you'll need a small standard screwdriver to push a piece of the harness down), and take the whole mess out. Spray the O2 sensor threads with lots of penetrating oil. I found the easiest way to get it out was to put the hex part of the O2 sensor in a vice, and turn the s-pipe like a propeller to get it out.

I've yet to install the s-pipe with the SES, but I have had it installed with another exhaust. It doesn't make it raspy, just a little louder. The sound is pretty much the same, just more volume.
