Like I mentioned in your other thread... the exhaust/muffler is the key here. I don't think there is too much difference in a header that will create rasp and one that won't. Some are probably worse than others (DC Sports?) but they all do it.

If you don't like my other suggestion of the Precision Muffler axleback, you'll have to just get a new resonator added into your midpipe to cut down on the rasp. Most decent exhaust shops can do it...

Right now I have "bigger fish to fry" to be too concerned about sounding like a bumble bee going down the road. It's annoying yes, but the resonator will help cut it out for the most part.

I speak from experience. I had the Megan header and drift spec exhaust and had some decent rasp. I traded for the Tsudo header and now I don't have rasp at all. I would recommend the 4-2-1 header for reducing rasp.
My car sounds like an amplified G35 now.

GOOD!
-Car is much quiter and has no rasp compared to the Megan.
-Midrange is very much improved. The car is definately faster. It doesn't feel like it bogs out in the low revs like the Megan did. It get's right off the line.
-Fit was pretty good. No rubbing or anything.
-No CEL as of yet with 2 antifoulers. About 50 miles so far.
-Looks goregous!!!!

BAD!
-Absolutely sucks to install. PM me if you want tips. It really sucked though.
-Inside of collectors could have been cleaned up. Probably a bit more power in there.

I give it two thumbs up in all and would recommend it to anyone who has a lift or an installer...
I know i have already seen this....i am curious now that you have had it a little while....how is it...any CEL yet? Got any pics for us to See??? As for install tips, please send them my way because i think i may be getting this header....
Sorry for bugging you but not many people have and/or are talking about this header and im very surrpised.....considering its a 4-2-1 same design as the MMW header but for a much better price....i would think there would be a bigger stir
