yea and definitely dump that a/f gauge...invest in a wideband 02 if you can...it will be the best investment you could possibly make after buying a turbo...its safety protection for that nice lil 2.4 and turbo you just spent thousands of dollars on. I know for the xB they make a pod that goes on top of the steering wheel...I think perrin makes it and im sure they will make one for the tC
in the sep 05 modified there is a company named Auto-Tech Interiors that currently makes them for Xa and Xb and also states the tC is scheduled for release late summer. It mounts 2 gauges in swiveling pods over the steering colomn

I know you've already gotten the best info but here's my piece too:
In my turbo escort...I never had an oil press gauge...just boost, EGT (tapped an inch from my theoretical leanest cyl), and fuel press (it was all over the place with manual tuning)..
Anyhow, the fitting for the oil supply to the turbo cracked and sprayed oil everywhere under the hood...but my idiot light never came on until there was less then 5psi, by then under boost I spun a rod bearing. So, moral goes....get oil press, and run a synthetic oil and then oil temp later on.
Likewise I have this idea for getting more gauges in the tC...I'm trying to avoid another car with a pillar pod (since everyone sees it). I'm thinking of putting a single DIN stereo in and using the extra space to mount 3 52mm gauges like DSM's usually do....then when the car is off and parked it will cover the gauges!
