Default Quick D/C Header Question??

Recently installed d/c headers on my TC

I understand my exhaust would be louder.

I have GReddy Evo II with Injen CAI.

Now my exhaust sounds like ****!

It buzz's really annoying then when it warms up it goes down and rings!

This normal or why would it be buzzing???

It's "normal" often when you put the header on. It's called rasp.. and yes, it does sound like crap.

Best way to fix it is go to a muffler shop and have them put in a resonator or two.

Well No CEL light yet. Just a raspy sounded TC.

What about an Idea of custom fitting a Hi-Flow Cat in the mid pipe somehwere of the TC? Think that could work itself out?

I don't think the Cat is going to do much for your noise issues. Usuallly need a resonator or two for that.

tC already has a resonator on it but it doesnt do enough to eliminate the rasp. I suggest going to a muffler shop and having them put in a smaller than stock resonator between the stock resonator and the cat. I had a same size as stock resonator put in my midpipe but the cat was in teh way so I had them remove it. You could also put in a high flow cat but i hear that makes it louder.
