Default radiator help

anyone one have any input on aftermarket radiators how much does more efficient cooling help the tc is it worth it? and with most aftermarket radiators do they just bolt in or is modification needed?

The only one I know of is the Mishimoto radiator, and I believe it is a double core, so it should provide 2x the cooling possiblity. Anyone who has it, or knows more, please correct me if Im wrong.

yup mishimoto rad helps alot.. the mishimoto so far is the only bolt on rad available

Are you intending to race the tC? If not, there's no reason to upgrade, unless you want it for some bling/bragging.

I hope you're car's m/t bec. the Mishimito's only for m/t tCs. A/T peeps need to get a separate trans. cooler + installation kit.

You talking about NA applications or turbo?

I'm probably going to buy 1 for my future turbo'd car and I'm not planning on racing... much.

Then it depends on how far you intend to go with a turbo. The tC has cooling capacity beyond what's required for the stock engine, such that it's adequate for some turbo implementations, but you can only go so far before needing to upgrade.
