good times for your tC. the srt-4 driver needs to learn how to drive.

did you look and see he was bracket racing and dialed in at 15.7? you want to go as close as possible without going under that.

He stayed with you to half track cause he was trying to beat you in a bracket race and he did.. You want to be out in front then lift right at the line so you don't run under your dial-in.

Good time though, I really didn't think a TC would run that good. However a SRT-4 will easily run in the 13's so he was sandbaggin you, or he can't get traction off the line.

I guess you haven't seen many other track times for the tC, some are running a 15.5 bone stock.. I ran a 15.2 @ 90mph with just a CAI, header, & short shifter.

yeah there are a lot of factors in this race.

1. i know how to bracket race, i wasnt trying to win, this was my first pull with the tC and didnt know how shed do so i guessed.

2. if you look my 60' time was crap casue i didnt know where to launch and i bogged off the line.

3. It was really hot last night and not that its an excuse, but temerature DOES make a difference.

4. I have heard of stock tC's running those times and im not knocking them but i have yet to see PROOF like a TIME SLIP or video of a stock tC running 15.5.

So heres my conclusion, i beleive with a better launch and a short shifter like DoubleJ16 i think i could be closer to his times. If you notice my trap speed was higher than normal for a 15.6 therefore leads one to believe that i had a bad 60', which i did.

So I will try again in a couple weeks when my short shifter comes in and see how she does again.

2.3 60' isn't bad at all for bogging out.. I hit a 2.2 with a pretty nice launch.
