Default Replace Cluth&Flywheel, or the whole Tranny?

Hey guys I have 06 Scion tC, that I use on a courier job. It gets driven about 290miles/day, and right now it has a little over 127,000 on it. I want to replace the clutch and flywheel soon as I've experienced a flywheel and gear synchros break inside the transmission before in another high mileage car I used for this job. I've had the car since it had about 32,000 miles on it when I bought it a year ago and I'm assuming the clutch and flywheel that's in there now are the original ones. Should I just replace the cluth and flywheel, which the dealership is charging me just under $1200 to do, or should I do a whole tranny swap for a new one, with obviously a new clutch and flywheel also, which is probably gonna be twice as much in price. I plan on keeping this car pretty much forever and dont plan on selling it....so what would you guys suggest that I do?

wow thats alot of miles jaja
but yea dotn waste your money just swap the clutch and flywheel. might also get your timing belt replaced. as far as synchros...unless your grinding on them constantly then they should be fine.

yea i know the engine will be rock solid for a little while, i take pretty good care of it, some people tell me some of the maintenance I do it is unnecessary and im just wasting money...lol So if im hearing that then that probably means im taking real good care of it and I should probably get about that much or more out of it

hey ive got another question for you guys. So I'm thinking it'll probably be best to just replace the clutch and flywheel, but what clutch and what flywheel should I put in?? I only want high quality ish. I've been looking around and it looks like the Fidanza 9.5 lb flywheel would be the best I can get. As far as clutches though what do u guys reccomend? I dont plan on being boosted or anything, and I dont want an extremely stiff pedal, so all those crazy stage 4 and 5 clutches are out of the question. What is a good quality built clutch? Or should I just go with the stock Exedy clutch? I like the soft pedal feel of the stock clutch and definitely want something that feels like stock. Any suggestions?
