How many miles is a GOOD time to get an automatic transmission flush?

I have always done them at 30000 miles, never had a tranny fail that was flushed regularly like that.

not really an argument. Replacing transmission < replacing clutch :D, your argument sucks ;)

why does your speedo go only up to like 110?

mine is like higher

nvm, not a scion speedometer this is because it says what kind of gas to use.

scion doesn't have that .

Never!!!!

I had mine flushed at 48,000 miles and then the shuttering started....

My advice, just change it a few times and let the old fluid cycle itself out over time.

Actually that is quite true,I have never like them pumping it back through the system past the screen,as it can push item into the pressure tunnels and jam them up,rare to do but it can happen.I prefere to drain it out, clean the filter by hand and reassemble and good to go,auto tranny will last forever if you change the fluids.
