Something along those lines, lol. But yea, dyno would be best, to fine tune the afr and spark map.
Unless you have the testicular fortitude, and decide to do it yourself. Increase the spark timing in small increments, until you see the knock voltage go up, then retard timing a few degrees.
Just so you have a general idea =D

e85 is good stuff. it has a higher octane than 93 but you have to use more of it. on my buddies gt35r evo he had to go to 1200cc injectors from 1000cc to be able to supply enough fuel. i want to use it in my sti but i don't want to do a top feed injector conversion. so its 93 and meth for me.
