when i change gears it sounds like a scraping sound. makes me think clutch ... however when im coasting down around 3500 rpm I have the same sound makes me think something on my belt is loose. I have a agency power light crank pulley.

Any ideas or suggestions?

 

Same thing happened to me a while ago, then the next day the sound went away.
My friend said it was my power steering belt that was loose, but I don't know how reliable that info is.

 

I already checked my belt and it is tight
