I have 3 lying in my basement from different mustangs Ive owned, one is pretty much new and has a 2.5 in and out so Im thinking about grabbing a cheap 100 buck exhaust off ebay for the piping and welding in the flowmaster with my stock tip on it so I want have that huge round thing that sounds like ___ (cause for 100 bucks the muffler sounds like ___ im pretty sure) sticking out the back

so Im wondering if you guys have a 40 series on your car what is like a cruising speed? does it drone really bad or is it pretty tame

i could care less about sound (I like the hollow flowmaster sound though lol), and flowmasters flow a good deal more than magnaflows and im not putting a straight through muffler on. I just need a bigger exhaust cause my nitrous is starting to bottleneck I just dont want it to drone at cruiseing speed

 

well, since i used them before. i would assume they would drone around 3-4k as most tc mufflers do.

You would need a same side in and same side out to make it work though!

I have always wanted to try out a hooker aerochamber on my tc.

 

i want to try a pypes violator but I cant find a cheap one lol
