Specs of stock cams?
Anyone know the specifications of the stock camshafts... (as in lift/duration/lobe center/ valve lift... all that stuff)... I'm trying to put some information together before I go consult with a local company to look into some some regrinds.
I'll eventually pick up a 2AZ head to tinker with, and this will be part of it.

cams for my tacoma " 2rz-fe" use lashcaps and shims which r almost imposible to get and r a must when changing cam specs , u might want to try to find the shims and see how much they r before u get into this project.

Guys, what about using a Cam sproket in the exhaust side only, like for the Supra. Some Supras have VVT-i for only the Intake side and they sell cam gears for the exhaust side of them. If the tCs VVT-i is like that, maybe an exhaust side sproket might let us change the cam timing there. What do you think guys? Could this be possible?
