Tsudo N1 is loud enough. SRS would be a big downgrade.

If you want something louder than the N1, go to autozone and drop $20 on a muffler and then have a muffler shop weld it in.

Then proceed to meet up with your local Honda club and fit in perfectly.

are you looking for a whole from motor back exhaust or justa good sounding cat back????do you have a header, and how loud you want it.

Agency Power is about the most expensive motor back and sounds great till you get a header then you gotts cut midpipe and put in resonator.

Apexi is agreat fitment and sound and also about as costly as Agency Power.

Tsudo seems to fit fine and sounds pretty good even....and not super spendy.

SRS is raspy for some reason even without header

Building a hand made midpipe always seems to lend better results,High flow cat and 2 Aero 25 resonators or Magnaflow or Thrush resonators and a good brand of cannister like HKS or other good brand sound the best in my opinion and end up costing less.

Hey, just a quick question and not meaning to thread jack.
Let's say I was to get the SRS midpipe pieces (or generic ebay pieces), and use my Tsudo N1 axleback. Would that be pretty much the same general sound as full Tsudo catback correct?

I would get resonators welded in before I install my header. Then i'd just sell the axleback portion on cl for 50$ or so.
And will all headers sound the same? Let's say a generic ebay header vs. megan header. Will they produce the same amount of rasp?

I didn't think this was new topic worthy, but hopefully it will answer some of tcnoobs questions also.

rasp from 4-1 header seems about the same tone and volume as from 4-2-1 header and about the same from brand to brand,we got 3 guys up here with 3 differant bands of headers and no resonators and all three are raspy with pretty much the same sound.

Oh, ok.
So let's say I bought this.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/04-05...Q5fAccessories

Good price for full catback + header. Welds don't look pretty at all. But let's say I sell the muffler and header for 75$ each on CL. If I used those midpipe pieces, it would still sound ok right? Or is it best to stay away from those?

if you like to support ebay companies so they can make even more low-quality knockoffs for you and your car, go for it. if not, get them from legit companies and you won't have to deal with fail fitment or busted welds or anything else that can go wrong w/ a bunch of pipes.

If all you want is a midpipe, jsut goto muffler shop and have them build one with high flow cat,two resonators and 2.5"pipe,my guessis it will cost about $150 and will last forever and fit right, you get the cheap ones on ebay and they are rusted through in about 90 days and never fit right.
