are luminics blubs relaly street legal,? It says that they are but i cannot see how they can possibly be.

 

...depends on which state...diff states have diff laws agains bulbs...i doubt ud get bothered in maryland...actually i cant say never been there..go ask ur local police department., or town hall or w.e they got down there..dont tell them wat kinda car u drive tho

Luminics claims they're DOT approved - shouldn't have anything to worry about unless there are some specific state laws.

 

From what I understand the DOT (Department Of Transportation) does not regulate automotive headlight bulbs, the SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) does, so how they can be "DOT approved" is questionable.
