Default Stuff in coolant reservoir... Opinions please!

Hello all,

So the other day I was checking fluids and other good stuff under the hood and I notice that the coolant is low and also that there is this junk in it.

Mind you, I put water wetter in at about 45k miles, I'm 15 miles from hitting 75k right now. Come to find out that water wetter has this effect on the coolant, so I plan to do a VERY thorough coolant flush.

What I want to know is if anybody knows what this stuff is, degradation of the hoses...? I don't know.

The fact that some of it is floating scares me(oil?), but I took this picture about 1 minute after a drive.

Please offer your opinions, A coolant flush is in the immediate future but if that's not all that needs to be done I'd like to know beforehand

Thanks!
