Finally! Pics of the turbos lined up side by side. Been waiting on this for a long time. What took it so long? Now my anxiety is over since a lot of the kits will be all over the streets soon.

Haters suck...

I've only spoke to the guy/gals there a few times, but they have been extremely helpful. Glad this has been put to rest! sheesh.

It's about time the hater's shut up, and let them do their jobs. They have thrown you a bone, now go munch on it a while and leave the mature people to talk.

I read the thread and i did not read much hating....i guess i am used to most of it since hating on scionlife in the F/I area is alot nicer then the hating on clubrsx F/I section......lol

For my part, I am not hating. My concern was the lack of answer from the post asking if *anyone* received a valid tracking number. I was not expecting any reply frmo Kenny/ZPI, I was expecting a reply from someone on this board who ordered a kit and got a tracking number. I don't understand how all these kits can have shipped, but not one person has posted that they received theirs, or that not one person has posted they have a tracking number. I suppose it is possible that those who have recieved their kits are not reading/watcing this thread, but I see that as being very unlikely.

The chief problem here has been the changing dates on when these its are "shipping". First it was stated late june, then First week of July, then you were waiting on another part.
Now they are supposedly shipping, but no one seems to have recieved them yet (after a week of tracking numbers being sent) nor does anyone have a tracking number that seems to work. In that situation, or course people are going to be skeptical.

Regarding not having anything vested in your company....I disagree with that statement. ScionLife is a community. We look out for each other here. A person shouldn't have to have financial ties to an organization before he can form an opinion about them. If your coworkers bought a new car, and the bank reposessed it even though the car was paid for, wouldn't you warn everyone you could about not doing business with that bank?????

I am in no way saying that is what is happening here, but the fact is, there have been a number of issues regarding the shipping times of these kits. As far as I know, there is still not *one* person on this board that has said "I received my ZPI turbo kit in the mail" or even "I have a ZPI tracking number, my turbo will be here in 2 days".

If you are tired of the nay sayers/haters, the easiest way to shut them up is get the kits to people's doors. PERIOD.
If you are doing that, we should be hearing from people today, as you posted that tracking numbers were sent on the 19th, if I'm not mistaken.

i dunno but if i bought into the preorder, i'd be talking to ZPI directly.. not posting on a thread expecting customer service

 

i dont know how much this quells peoples fears, but "keisha" called me today and asked what color i wanted my BOV and wastegate.

Exactly! And posting pix of turbo kits lined up on the bench doesn't mean much either....to me, that says they are on the bench, waiting for something else, not shipping.

 

I gave my colors when I ordered. saweet.

 

Got that call too on Monday. What colors is everyone going with?
I changed my mind a little while back from Red to go with Silver.

 

I did red for both since I have the RS. Hopefully it all looks decent.

 

FINALLY, I'm not the only one who sees this. I heard those turbos have been sitting in that shop for weeks. They posted up ONE set of pipes, and it wasn't even the full set. Just more of the same, trying to convince everyone not to give up

 

well that means i will get my kit 2 weeks after you. thanks for the time frame.
