Default tC keeps dying when it drives

So me and my brother were driving our tC's and I see that my bro's emergency lights are on. I ask he stops in the middle of the road and I have no clue what is going on so he tells me the car just died and the steering locked up which was why he stopped. I thought it was nothing but it happened another 4 times. He says when he drives in first gear, he gets the rpm's up and when he shifts to neutral, the car dies. Any clue?

Yeah, I figured it out this morning, the intake tube was loose so the when I pulled the tube out, bought new clamps and re tightened it, everything is now okay.
