Nice videos, I love the sound of your engine. What do you have the redline set at now? I know you were going easy in these videos but it would be nice to know where you're shifting in future videos when you actually put your foot down.

Just some light reading.

a little bit of reading would have answered your question carlos...

but you can ask Breal_45 or ippskidder both on SL (local to me)... they are the only people who have ever driven my car... ippskidder being the last one with the most recent mods.. and he can vouch the cars gearing/shifting on that its not close the oem gearing... (sergio would you be so kind as to chime in sir since i dont trust many behind the wheel of my car and your one of few who i have let drive my car lol =D )

but your more then welcome to come to miami and drive it yourself... im actually anxious for mike (elevation) to take her out for a joyride also since we'll be tuning it soon and seeing what a little Mtuned love can do...

I've looked at your engine bay, trunk, and been inside the car.

I haven't seen a NOS bottle anywhere.

I'm also pretty dam sure I haven't seen your intake manifold, intake, or the fuel rail tapped for some extra juice, LOL.

well thanks to comp clutch's awesome "new design" and "stronger" clutch disc which is what i was promised i was getting.. after about 7k miles i get this...

Name: DSC08995.jpg
Views: 58
Size: 100.8 KB
Name: DSC08993.jpg
Views: 56
Size: 96.9 KB

same thing that happend to my first comp clutch... springs came loose and exploded causing my clutch not to be able to go into any gear...

needless to say this is my 3rd!!! comp clutch problem.. first one was the same issue above.. the second the throw out bearing grenaded after 2k miles and the now this again!!... so once i come back from my vacation ill be calling comp clutch and see what crap they are gona tell me this time...

2 clutch disc's and 2 throw out bearing swaps in over over 1.25 years... ive had to fix this 3 times now... and ever since the throw out bearing went which died after 2k miles of initial instilation and then this about 5k miles later... i havent been able to really enjoy my car for almost 2 yrs... and this has set me back about 4 times from really being able to finalize any nasturally aspirated times and track visits/vids or finally putting the NA potential of the tc on the map.. and the funny thing is this clutch has been babied every since the throw out bearing was replaced with a new OEM one and only once have i truely beat on it int he last 5k miles

funny.. a 300+ tq capacity clutch that cant handle a sub 200 TQ launch....

pictures are worth 1k words... and all my words start with f***.....

so thankfully my tranny is still alive because with all the grenading and throw out bearing problems and clutch fork replacements its sheared a small bit off the housing were the axle inputs into the crank and luckily still its holding fine.

this year i was replacing the clutch because i already had a nasty gut feeling it was gona go and low and behold 3 weeks later it died on me... so now im back on a stock clutch that slips a little and stock flywheel hating life and how slow my car feels until i get a new exedy or clutch masters clutch with a new fidanza flywheel since i will also be ditching my comp clutch flywheel.... basically EVERYTHING comp clutch is going... im tired of this sh*t...

im probably now more focused then ever to get my car back to tip top racing shape before all this nightmare started.... so once i get back on track.. ill be going to the track to hit 13's ...

I keep thinking about them and I don't know why. Even though the specs are mild, they seem perfect for the tC. I think I might be a legit fan of 17s now.

your not gona fine 17x8 +38 in the USA my friend in ce28ns hell even in te37s its very hard to fine any 17x8 or wider in 5x100 period let alone +38... rb has them but of course they were imported (no USA) lol...

but US market.. pfttt good luck i searched for months!! and couldnt find a set even that wasnt for sale with offsets that ONLY matched in +44 range... i coulda had a few in +44 but honestly the +38 is just so dam perfect fitment it was worth going the japan route to find them. now if u go like 17x7 the +30 offset is a little easier to find.. but honestly.. who wants a stock spec size at 17x7 ... if its not atleast a 7.5 its just not worth it IMO for a 17"
