First off, I tried searching but was unable finding anything recent.
I was curious if there were decent response gains from a 60mm bored tb, as Ive read that is the largest it can go...
Ive looked at some aftermarket intake manifolds and figure why get one if my tb is still stock... This way I can get the inlet of the manifold bored to 60mm...
Any input?

You are at least on the right track. On a stock mani they are worthless since the hole is still the same size.
As far as gains, I would not expect stellar ones, but I dont know any exact numbers.

Yea, I just ordered a dezod kit w/ full exhaust, and figured I can get the most out of it w/ a better flowing mani and tb...
If I could only grab some plans for one that has been made... I have a weld shop over here at work, and they make government condensers, heat exchangers, etc... They can do some wicked welding, and pretty much certed on any material you can think of...

oh well you shouldn't jump ahead too fast.. going turbo for me slowly drained my money.. but next up is my 3 in exhaust.. but i'd love to get a bigger throttle body and a port n polish but i'm not made of money.. haha..
I agree. a bigger TB and IM probably wouldn't have that much effect without a PNP. If your going to upgrade size, you need to go throughout to get the maximum performance, such as running a catback exhaust has more perfomance over stock if you run different headers, and spipe. You probably would see a gain with just the IM and TB, but it would be more significant if you went with a PNP while you were at it. I don't think that you would have to go as far as cams unless you really want to spend the big bucks, but if your going that far you might as well get your valves oversized some. just my .02 cents.
Well as far as the internals goes, I am waiting to see if the crower stroker kit is really coming out... Im in no rush... Also I am already looking at getting a PNPed head w/ larger valves, but would rather spend the $$$ to have someone like Dezod do it, than just some random person on SL selling one that a shop they know of doing it... You know?...
