Can anyone tell me difference between the stock and the alphawerks throttle body? When i was putting my injen cai i've measured the diameter and my caliper showed my 60.00 mm. The alphawerks is 60.0o mm to so what's the difference?? Oh anybody have any good news about intake manifold??

 

did you measure ID or OD?

 

It really wont matter unless you have the intake port matched to it. But I am pretty sure that TB is supposed to be larger than stock. But, like I said, the hole in the intake is not larger than the stock TB if I remember correctly, so it will do nothing except make the flow more turbulent.

i read that there is a company that can bore it to bigger id.. i work in machine shop so i know a little about borring ( making bigger holes ) and the walls would be very very thin.. they are thin already so to risky for me to do by myself..
