Default Tips or Advice on Removing Stock Manifold Studs

Any one have any tips or advice on taking out the stock manifold studs,theres all rusted and replacing them with the dezod studs...

2 nut method, works perfect every time. Put one nut on, thread half way down the stud, put a second nut on and tighten them into each other pretty tight using a wrench on each nut, then use a wrench to remove the stud by turning the inner nut counter-clockwise. If you try to use that stupid 6 point on top of the stud, youll just end up stripping it ;)

wow..sounds pretty neat,so i take a (2) nuts what size.....the first one i put on half way but not tight against the block but in the middle,then i take the second one thread that up against that,until tight,then i just use the inner nut to remove the stud,did i understand this right

U can use the nuts that are originally used for the manifold. Just make sure u dont strip the head of the nuts in the process.

im going boost,and my stock studs,dont look healthy at all,all rusted,and dont wanna take a chance with the thicker turbo,flange,people i know,told me,you only get like,4 turrns on the stock studs,which sometimes the nuts strip in the process due to trying to tightened,them,so i dont wanna take the chance,rather just have everything,new and fresh
