Aha! That's me!

Okay, install if you were to just bring in the part would be about $90 plus tax.

HP gain is kind of a fuzzy area with these parts. Usually you can expect about 5-10 depending on how much air you are flowing through the intake. The gain probably won't be noticable, but it will sound great! You can ask Scott (SilverStreakin) or Jon (BullTc) on www.scinergyia.com weather they think theirs are worth it.

Let me know if you need anything else!

Do the install yourself. It's a bolt on right? I know the xB is a bolt on and only took about 20 minutes.

Unfortunately for the club members the TRD exhaust for the tC is considered a Scion Accessory. That means I can't discount it. It's $485.00 over the counter. If you do the install yourself, be careful, the factory exhaust is HEAVY. Also, watch how the TRD exhaust is mounted. I've seen them melt bumper covers from an inproper install.

There are currently no cold air intakes available for the tC anywhere. Scott from the club has been trying everywhere for about 3 months to find one. I have too. No luck. The only intake upgrade currently available is the drop in TRD air filter.

Let me know if you need anything!

I may have to disagree with the statement above about there not being a CAI for the TC. I may be wrong but this is just what I found. I am not a TC owner, I have an xB but the website I am listing below claims to have an CAI built to TC specs. Says it's on backorder at the moment though.

Yep, it's on backorder because it failed emissions testing as we said above. Trust me, you just can't get one right now.

Didn't know that it failed emissions. No one answered that question for him above. It was asked, but not answered. I just posted the site that claimed to have one trying to help him out. Didn't mean to step on toes.

Dunno if anyone actually answered your question but I have the exhaust I dont think it gives any HP gain as its just a replacement muffler and tip, the pipe is still fitted with the cat's so it's still restrictive, the tip just lets a bit more rumble out for sound. It does sound good however

Seriously... sorry be off topic but it seems people get mad if you start a new thread by asking a "noob" question and then they get mad if you dig up an old thread with info you need!
