TRD Intake

Hey guys-

Is there a simple way to make a '07 TRD intake work on an '05? Any help is appreciated.

simple? no, i believe the MAF's are a bit different

Gotcha, Thanks. I thought it might just be adding a silicon union or something along those lines.

Why not just get the proper year intake?

I have a buddy that was going to try to use the one I have. I have an '07 and he has an '05

when i got my used zpi kit the maf adapter was for a 05 mine was 08 so i just put in place and held it down with tape...did the job just fine just looked kinda ghetto lol. it still worked

-could by like a ebay SRI and hope that the pipping matches up and also for the maf to save some bucks
