Trouble going into reverse?
Well lately I have been trying to go into reverse and it wont switch in where it is supposed to. I dont know if i have to push the Shifter harder but i shouldn't have to... Sometimes it is perfect and then others like today... I sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes trying to reverse out of my parking space. I dont really know what to do and I dont wanna go to the dealer right now. Its fine for now but if theres an easy way to fix it, I would be overjoyed to do it!
Don't go. Next time, put it in neutral, let off the clutch, then push the clutch back in and ____ it into reverse. It should work. The teeth on the reverse gear are straight cut and not helical cut so they need to align exactly.

happens in alot of cars, follow the others advice, its just that everything is barely not lined up, get the transmission to move a tad, I shift to third and roll a tad, then go reverse.
yea what everyone else said... no need to go to the dealer at all... i just let go of the clutch and put it back in and then shift into reverse.. it may still b a lil tough but it happens to everyone...
