Is there a header that allows you to still have a catalytic converter? Thanks

As far as the actual header and S pipe fitment, that is fine, but I know that the O2 bung placement was off on some of the newer S pipes, meaning that you cant do the antifouler mod unless you have the O2 bung relocated further down the s pipe because of clearance issues.

Speedelement used my car a few weeks back trying to fix this problem, but I dont know if they ever did find a solution.

If you have this problem, give them a call, im sure they will help you out, they are really good guys over there.

Yeah they probably used our exact header. For a sample to copy.
Thats the american way. If they can make it cheaper with the same benefits, then the consumer wins and obviously you guys could have made it cheaper or sold it cheaper. Very little in business is innovation anymore. Header design is an old concept with MANY examples to follow, I'm sure MMW got their ideas from somewhere. MMW didn't exactly create the wheel here. We have patents to deal with innovation.

He is talking about the design of the header, not the idea of a header. Anyone can connect 4 runners into a collector but it takes a little more R&D than that. MMW did all the leg work and someone else is benefiting from it without the investment and the resources that were initially involved. Thats why patents exist, but in this case its extremely difficult to patent a design. Mazzuri created a 4-2-1 and its an original design. If MMW were getting royalties then it would be ok but this equates to intellectual property theft

Even if they copied the MMW it's up to MMW to lower the Price and compete.
that is what aftermarket is all about. try make the product better and at a reasonable price.
Nice Headers i wanna see dyno results.
what it's capable of.

Competition is between two original products that is left up to the consumer market to dictate the superior product. Using someone else's R&D to churn out a copy is not competition. Although the consumer reaps the benefits, it is still unethical. Bigger corporations have departments dedicated to intellectual property theft. If any one of you guys came out with a product only to find someone else benefiting from your invention, your view would be completely different.

I thought besides WR and Mazzuri no other company has offered dyno #s for their header...

DC sport/Megan/Alpha's dyno was done by a private shop(thought i do think each comp sent a header at no charge"think i said").

Its prob safe to say this header would put numbers down similar to...WR's...

I contacted speed element about a month ago and tried to get them to send me a header and I would send them a dyno within 24 hours of receiving the header. It sounded like everything was good to go and when I called them back to pay they told me I had to pay the full amount via paypal and when they received the dyno sheet they would send me back $100.00. Needless to say this was not worth it to me and I am now building my own header.

I tried.

Weapon-R Header will be back in stock in about a week or so. GO to the sponsors section to locate a dealer that is selling them.
