In delaware license plates are worth money. The lower the more expensive. 5 numbers really arent worth anything, but 3 or 2 numbered plates go for tens of thousands. I think we are the only weird state that does this.
It sounds like you have a header, I have heard it without a header and it does not sound like that. Or it could be it is cold, my exhaust sounds a little raspier when it is cold, but when it warms up it levels out a little bit.

I know I was just laughing at the farting sound. No header on it. It's just a catback only, though I wanna get a S-pipe for it too. Yeah the tone does change a lil when it gets up to temp.
