Silencer is out, I was a previous Megan Drift Spec owner. And its is a tad quieter... Its a beautiful sounding exhaust for the $$. A+++

 

it all depends on the person and what they're perception of what loud is. to me loud is something along the lines of having an open s-pipe (if you don't know what that sounds like, take out your mid pipe and your muffler and take your car for a drive). this exhaust is about right IMHO. its nice and deep and will hurt your ears with excessive high pitched noise/rasp.

 

Nothing should have changed with the exhaust, maybe just different people's tastes in exhaust?

 

so how is this exhaust holding up over time? u guys recommend it?

 

i just gotta say i had Tsudo exhaust for my 2000 Si(s) i had two of them and had the same exhaust on two different cars for three years and it never rusted on me or broke. Tsudo has my vote of confidence. And it sounded awesome. I used to have HKS but i am goin to pick this up soon.

Just to confirm with everyone (I read the the posts and website). This has the spipe, midpipe, axleback, and I can use the s and midpipe with any axleback? Also, this is a full 2.5" ALL the way to the 4.5" tip, no 2.25" anywhere? I was thinking on going another way but I need to save some money of other mods.

Nope.

No need.

Exhaust doesn't hook up to any sensors.

I bolted mine on and went.

 

You should reset the ecu or just disconnect the battery for a couple of mins. The computer will take longer to learn your new upgrade and increased air flow if you don't.

 

I picked mine up yesterday and installed it the same day... i actually have not placed the last two pipes, but i will this weekend and post some pics... loving the deep sound
