Default Tsudo N1 resonator hitting the heatshield bolt

Is there a way to help efficiently solve this problem? All I can think of is bending the hangers lower.

that wont help. that was my first solution, but it continued. bad.

so i think what he did was melt the bolt then just cool it down quickly. but now the pipe on the axleback is hitting the shield.

I was actually thinking about cutting the pipes and adding a little more to them so the resonator shifts down more while also adding another resonator before the bolt.
